  My wife and I were first time home buyers and I can’t imagine how hard the process would have been without Jim and Debbie. They were there with us every step of the way and ready to answer all our questions no matter the time of day. They make sure you understand everything and won’t let you put your signature on something if you don’t. They were even there with us for the final signing which made the process way less stressful.   SPFC was great at helping us refinancing our house. We had one of those crappy ARMs that was set to adjust to rates disproportionate for the market. Alisa and her team got us a better rate, reduced our term and kept our payment where we were comfortable. Super easy process with lots of support and availability from our loan officer!!
