  If i could i would give them a big Zero .the worst customer services .they double charged my debit card and when i called they don't know how to reimburse my money back spoke to them 5 times with 5 different people. time for me to leave this unorganized bank.

  My husband and I have been with this credit union for over 17yrs my husband even longer and that alone should let you know the confidence we have with credit union and the customer service has always been great 👍

  I been with this bank for about 6 years now and I never seen a bank add 2000 on you car loan I been paying them ever month on time they keep adding insurance even duo I said to them I don't want it well if you'll want to do do you im leave this bank

  If you decide to open an account with this credit union, be warn about their dormancy fee. I opened up a savings account for my son from his penny jar hoping to leave it alone and let it grow from interest paid by the credit union. But I end up closing the account with less than what I started. They did not care and no apologies. They strong arm you to make deposits or withdrawals. What a way to treat service members and vets. Going to USAA.

  Ive had about 4 car loans with these guys and they've always taken good care of me. Today I was in a rush to finalize a deal and Brenda went above and beyond to make it happen for me. She even called before she left work to make sure the delivery of the vehicle went good for me at the dealer. Thank you Brenda and SCNGFCU!

  This bank is the worst one in history. It doesn't look out for its memebers and takes advantage of the military memebers I left and I will never come back or send a fellow soldier here in my life swear to god
