  My boyfriend originally got his car loan here and had a great experience. When I was in desperate need of a personal loan for car repairs, I went only to SC Federal. The loan specialist I worked with was Renee Landon. I knew it was a long shot, and because of my credit, it was a rocky start. Renee helped guide me in the best way to secure the loan. She really did put in the work to try to help me out. I truly am grateful to her for being so patient and kind throughout it all--the thousands of tears and phone calls. I recommend everyone go to SC Federal for their banking and loan needs. Everyone there is so kind and easy to talk to. And if you're looking for someone specific, please seek Renee! She truly is wonderful to work with! We will definitely use SC Fed's services again!

  Andrew and Renee were fantastic to work with on my first auto loan. They were incredibly thorough and detail oriented and answered all of my many questions.   I am not a SC Fed. Member, regardless the personable service at this location is awesome. The tellers to the Branch Manager, they are very nice and knowledgeable. I had a great conversation with the Branch Mgr. Mr.Hall about refinancing my car. He never tried to sell me, we just had a great conversation about the auto rates and the loan. Thank you Mr. Hall. You will see me very soon. Thanks again.

  My husband and I went into SCFCU to review a few options about an existing auto loan we have elsewhere or possibly trading our auto and getting a new car loan. We met with the Branch Manager, Andrew Hall. Mr Hall could not have been more attentive listening to our personal situation and our needs and desires. The personal attention Mr Hall gave to us was immeasurable and detailed. He presented solid and factual information, several options for consideration and extremely sound advice. And after we do a little homework on our end, we WILL be back!

  I've lived in South Carolina for about four years now, and my fiance and I just switched to this Federal Credit Union!   Andrew Hall is great! He helped me cut my interest rates in half while buying a new car. He was very patient, persistent, and worked extremely hard to get me the best rates for my auto-loan. I highly recommend him and SC Federal Credit Union!

  I have been a member with SCFCU for over 20 years! First of all, I love my Credit Union! I have financed all my auto loans here ....they make it so simple. I had surgery and could not leave and the agent FedEx'd all my information to help me because I could not drive! I have to say the Branch Manager, Andrew Hall at James Island Branch is absolutely wonderful! He is so knowledgeable and professional!   After being dissatisfied with our current financial institution, we went on a quest to find a new one. After exploring what options SCFCU offered, we decided to make contact and get some financial advice. We got the privilege of receiving knowledgeable advice and guidance from Andrew Hall. Not only was he able to answer our questions and explain the account options in detail, he was extremely kind and respectful the whole time. Because of how thorough he was, we ended up opening multiple accounts that will benefit us for now and our financial future.
