  I had the Best Experience at this location, I was having issues with my other financial institution, Cindy Locke Was absolutley WONDERFUL! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very organized! The entire branch and all of its stall welcomed me with open arms and made be feel at home, they for sure won me over and now have a client for life! Thank you all again for such wonderful service and being some prompt and eager to help me!

  SCFCU website/ online banking is junk!!! Full of glitches and bugs. My tech savvy son told me that’s why he does not use it anymore…. Took +2 hours just To print out my business e-statements. Even phone support couldn’t get it straight. The app works great but, naturally , it is limited in function. The staff at the local branch are always nice and helpful. Too bad I couldn’t contact them directly.

  Cindy Locke is the greatest! New loan on camper and a refi on my Jeep saving me lots of interest money! Absolutely wonderful group of people!

  Love this bank! I have never had an issue with anything or anyone here. I've made personal relationships with the tellers and you can tell they value their customers and you're not just a number to them! Harry is always the person I can count on to help me out when I need help!

  I’ve been with SC Federal for 11 years now. I would not bank with any other bank! The people at my branch in Moncks Corner are friendly and very helpful and go out of their way to make your visit very pleasant! Harry is my go to guy when I have a banking question. I recommend SC Fedreal to all my friends and family!

  I have no complaints with South Carolina Federal credit Union in Moncks Corner. The staff there have become used to my coming in after work and conducting business. I know a couple of them look at me like I’m crazy but they keep on going and try to apply is my wish. If I make a mistake they come behind me and make sure that is what I wanted.
