  Staff was kind and willing too handle the Task at hand. But ,they are stuck in thee 90's ,in reference to buying a car. When everything is inflated in the economy, and you use a NADA CAR REFERENCE it will NEVER MATCH. DEALERS are paying more , so therefore, they are charging, way over. I suggest ,apply on Line, dont be interrogated by their system. SC. do better ,for your people .😉

  I've been dealing with them for over 30 years. Always pleased at their customer service and willingness to assist their customers. I have had 2 car loans with them. They are the best. Especially the Farrow Road location in NE Columbia. I highly recommend them.

  Very nice people to work with securing our Auto Loan. Explained everything and gave us a Great Interest Rate. 1% cheaper than what the bank offered us!

  A lady named Raquel preapproved one of my customers for a small loan. When it was time to send the buyers order things went south. Poor customer service as he is still without a vehicle and has been to several dealerships having to deal with the same issues.
