  I highly recommend Tony Yousif with Yousif Yousif Inc. Tony's very professional and gets his loans done quick. I've been a Realtor for almost 30 years & send all my buyers to Tony. I've even refinanced my own properties with him because I knew he could get them done. He has programs no one else seems to offer & will search for the best rate for his clients. He gets all my loans closed on time & if there are complications, he always has an alternative that benefits the buyer/borrower. 5 Stars!

  As a first time home buyer in the current (2021) highly competitive housing market, securing a mortgage and closing in under 30 days was a daunting task. All the big banks told me upfront that that timeframe was unrealistic for them. Enter Tony and team. From the get-go, Tony had no hesitation when I told him I would need a quick close. He walked me through every step of the process and patiently answered all of my questions. He and his team are top-notch, extremely organized, professional and responsive, and helped me through this process without any hiccups.   We were first time homebuyers and looking to do a quick closing due to a tight deadline, which looked like an impossible task. My pre-approval with BofA required a large downpayment. Tony came in much later, was able to get the pre-approval for a much larger loan at lightning fast speed, was able to knock down all the loan conditions within an afternoon, managed to get the closing disclosures in hand, and was successfully able to get me to loan docs, and managed to close within 7 days since I first talked to him. He and his team are super efficient. Throughout the process, he always picked up the phone instantly, texted back promptly, and I felt as if I was his only client at all times. He is super easy to talk to, gets the lay of the land instantly just by asking a few questions, gives you the complete lowdown on the scenario and only promises what he knows he can deliver. I was impressed by his calm confidence and his ability to reassure me that it will get done much before the deadline, and it did. Everyone including the realtors, escrow officers were amazed at how quickly this was done and let me know that I had an excellent mortgage broker. They even said, they will go to him for quick to close cases. I will go back to him in future and enthusiastically recommend Tony to everyone I know. We are in our house only because of him.

  Tony was very professional to work with. Always available when I needed him and answered every question that I had. I know that a refi can be time consuming. I asked Tony to make it easy. This was the most easy refi I have ever done. Closed in 15 days and was not any work for me at all. Got a great rate on my loan, very minimal costs and most important - it was a quick and easy process to work with Tony. First Class !!!

  Tony is simply put—THE BEST. If I could add a 6th star I would. Finance and paperwork is definitely not my strong point and I’ve felt overwhelmed in the past—not with Tony. He took care of everything swiftly and accurately from the first phone call to funding, all the while making me feel important and at ease.
