  I am so impressed with them down home feeling at the Carolina Forest Branch.. They know my name when I come in and are so very attentive to my every need. Professional and caring. I was banking with another bank for over 30 years and they used to be like that...but no more! I changed all my accounts over after being treated like on of the family by Katie Peterson. So glad you are here. Keep up the great experience!

  South Atlantic Bank in Carolina Forest is amazing! Customer service is on point, people care , they are always there to help you and efficient! If you’re looking for a bank don’t look anymore. South Atlantic is the best!

  This branch has the best customer service in town! Janice Kling is awesome on the teller line and Kim Armitage made opening an account painless. Upon arrival Kim already had the paperwork ready, just had to sign, make a deposit and I was out the door. She exceeded my expectations and even offered to come out to my car since I had a sleeping baby. We ended up adding a savings account for my daughter since opening the business account was so fast and easy. Highly recommend South Atlantic Bank!

  I've been with South Atlantic Bank for years now. Even through moving states for a while, and going through times of being homeless, the team has been very supportive and they always ask me about how I'm doing. They even know me by name!

  We have just moved all of our accounts from a large bank to South Atlantic. We did not feel like the large bank was protecting it's customers. At South Atlantic we feel they put customers first! A HUGE shout out to Angie! She made our transition smooth and took care of every little detail. We live in Columbia so we worried about not having an actual branch near us...but it has actually been easier because I can actually talk to a person! They can do everything electronically so I highly recommend South Atlantic no matter where you live!

  I just moved here a little over a year ago, and South Atlantic Bank was so helpful and accommodating helping me move accounts from the same bank I had been with for 33 years. In was so impressed that I did my mortgage through them as well! Excellent experience and customer service! Would recommend to everyone. My family now has four accounts there!

  I am the treasurer of a nonprofit organization and have banked with South Atlantic (Myrtle Beach branch) for a few years. The tellers are always warm, friendly, and helpful. And any time that we’ve had to change signers or other information for our organization, Angie and others have responded to our requests without delay. I definitely recommend this branch to anyone!
