  The sorriest excuse for a bank that exists. If you can get past the fact that they don't have ANY atms and shut down most of their branches, they will change their terms on you without any notice. When I joined, YEARS ago, the terms were that any time your account was over drafted, as long as your account was positive by end of business day you wouldn't be charged. I had several bills hit my checking account at once and was overdrafted yesterday. I deposited more than enough to be back in the green, and woke up today to three overdraft fees. When I called about it today, not only did they tell me there was nothing they could do, the banker even told me that if she were me, she'd get a new bank. This company is a joke. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.

  "Dogwood" as they now call it is a cesspool of disappointment. The customer service is just horrific and every employee there acts as if they expect you to wash their feet before they can help a common person like yourself . Online banking is a nightmare as well. If you are considering this branch and institution prepare to be humbled and to have your inner rage operating at peak performance.

  This is a great little bank and treats the customer with an abundance of patience. It normally takes time when waiting on me, because I am the one that usually needs their help. Thanks Dogwood.

  Sadly not the same once it became Dogwood. No ATM's and they closed all the other branches, so it's a pain to make deposits. Customer service is Ok, but sometimes the tellers are a little bit rude. When they first took over Sound Bank, they were so busy and slow. They also took all the phones off the hook for DAYS, just so they didn't have to deal with calls. Sound bank used to stand out in the way they treated people and the services they offered. But now that Dogwood bought it, they're just another pain in the butt bank. I closed my accounts and switched banks.

  No matter what time of the day (even at closing time) customers should always be the priority. There is no reason for tellers to close their (booths?) while there is still customers in the line, just so said teller can go home faster. The customers have things to do too. And while on the clock, the customer comes first. Enough said.

  Our church has had a great experience with Dogwood as our bank. We appreciate them as I think they appreciate our business as well

  Have had them for years, and am yet to be let down. I pay my credit card bill every month with sound bank and am yet to experience any $35 fee.

  Charges 35 dollars to ELECTRONICALLY transfer money to a credit card, if this fee puts you in to a negative balance then they will charge another 35 dollars for going in to the negative.

  They do nothing to help ya .at all I would advise everyone to just go to another bank .because of sound bank I know owe 300 dollars for something I never did they suck.and they never even tryed to help me they just tricked me to thinking they would and never called me nothing...all y'all r are sharks..

  Did they change their phone number? I have been calling for two days now with NO answer. I know they all aren't that busy for someone, anyone to answer the phone. I'm taking my business elsewhere, where they will answer a phone call 🙄
