  I've been with this credit union for a while now. They have been a great bank to me. The only fee I pain monthly is a $3.00 maintenance fee. My experience has only been with the branch in Morehead City NC and all the employees there are awesome!

  Slowest bank on earth. Very disrespectful lady on the rag... DO NOT GO HERE... your money is safer in the trash can... our card was hacked. We told the bank and they claimed to have sent a new card... it never came... we order another.. it never came... We physically go to the bank... They took our debit card and claimed to be sending one "overnight"... 4 days pass and when we go to the bank to see what is taking so long... the lady gives me the run-around about why the card was never really overnighted like they promised...... Place your money in the nearest trash can... its just as good as using this bank.... Will not be banking with them any longer...🖕😀🖕

  Anyone thinking about using the First Flight Federal Credit Union in Morehead City, North Carolina I would definitely think about using a different bank or making the short trip to the Havelock office. They are impossible to work with and all they want to do is hassle with you about doing anything in the bank even if it is MAKING A PAYMENT. They try to make up excuses to not to do transactions and payments that you need them to do. There are four drive through tellers but 100% of the time only one is open so there is always a long line. Most of the tellers who work inside have bad attitudes and act like they don't want to be there or don't have the time for the customer. I have only met one person who has been there for years that actually is nice and pleasant to work with at the Morehead bank. They will fee you for ANYTHING that they can think of. They make mistakes on bank accounts countless times and charge you for their mistake. GO TO HAVELOCK ! this bank really deserves 0 stars !

  Do business with a bank. The girls at First Flight credit union are great. The First Flight Federal Credit Union establishment. Not so great. I'm pulling out my money and going to put in a bank. Don't do business at First Flight.

  I see these negative reviews but I have banked there since 1999 with no problems except the drive through is usually slow but friendly.

  ATM down when you need it.. .storm coming no cash no nothing....IDO NOT like First Flight won't be with them much longer...
