  Martin called me to set up our appraisal per our banks request. We set the appointment for 8:00am. I told him the earlier the better because my husband would need to get to work. He stated he could even come earlier if I needed him to. I told him that would be great. My husband is a Pastor and after I had set this appointment up with Martin, we had a death in the church and the funeral service my husband was preaching, was for the same day as our appraisal appointment. My husband called the day before to confirm our appointment and stress the importance of Martin being on time because he had to preach a funeral at 11:00. Martin confirmed he would arrive earlier than 8:00. Well, Martin did NOT arrive early and in fact, he did not even arrive ON TIME. He was late with NO CALL. My husband finally called him at 8:15 and Martin laughed it off and had the nerve to say "Life Goes On"... He finally showed up at around 8:30. He was pleasant but never apologetic. We did NOT hire this company our bank did. They will hear about how our experience went.

  Martin arrived on time and was very friendly. It snowed the day before the appraisal appointment and I was surprised he didn’t cancel! He was very professional and courteous and even wore shoe covers to protect our new floors! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

  Working with Sound Appraisal Services was a positive experience. Martin was professional, flexible, and always responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. We will use him again in the future.
