  Ive had the bank for a couple months and I ordered something online that didnt go through but i checked my account and the bank said the order went through and I told them about how it got canceled and they didnt give me my money back. The bank scammed me. The staff inside are also rude and give you dirty looks. I remember I came in to take out money in the bank and when the lady went to the back I heard her talking bad about a customer that walked in.

If it is a high-risk transaction, our fraud department will call, and the customer will have to validate the transaction before it deducts from the account.   The app used to have issues but those got fixed, and the staff are nice and get things done quick.
