  When I first opened my account I signed forms for overdraft protection. Now half a year later “they don’t have anything on file” And bills that I thought would have been bounced were accepted and they are not willing to help. They do not care about their members staff at both locations in Kokomo are rude and inconsiderate. Will never bank through them again.

  I've had my car loan with them for almost 4 years now and had multiple issues. The staff is very unfriendly everytime I spoke with them. They do not offer assistance in hard times or understand that hard times do occur in life. When I started my loan with them I was never told my due date of my payments until receiving a letter a month after it was due. I have contacted them or responded whenever I was going to be late and they claim I never spoke to them. Horrible customer service and just rude. Wouldnt recommend and changing my loan to somewhere better!

  I had my wife try to deposit a check in both our names. Not with draw or cash it. Deposit... To be told we both have to be present to deposit it. Then to have them freeze her account so deposits can't be made to her account.. The exact reason I WILL NEVER BANK THERE.. Bad policy. I should not have to miss work to deposit money in my spouses account..

  So I used to have my Experian account linked to Solidarity but now it’s not and I’ve lost all of my boost benefits. What happened to the credit union being on that site? I want my credit back!

  I love banking with them, they’re a great bank however I don’t like not having direct deposit slips to fill out when I’m doing several transactions at the same time. I also find their staff to be very unfriendly and seem to hate their job, even more so at the Dixon location. But for the business side of things and how money is handled I love this bank. I especially love the way they have their Mobil app set up so I can see actual downloaded pictures of the checks I’ve written and have been cashed right on my phone. So other then the trips to the bank life is good with this Credit union!

  The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. They offer many different checking account options for a more individualized experience. The drive thru is wide and the ATM is separate from the main building which helps keep the traffic congestion to a minimum. With a large parking lot which offers both handicapped parking and first responders parking, banking at Solidarity is easier than ever.

  I love the loan department. Being a single woman, they have been so helpful & friendly when I've traded cars. But, I hate that neither branch is open on Saturday since I live out of town. I have never heard of a bank not having at least the drive thru open on Saturday mornings. A disappointment, for sure!

Our ATM's are open 24/7 and getting cash is the most popular transaction but they can also accept your check or cash deposits.   I have banked here for many years. This bank seems to be getting far worse. The tellers are very rude. They seem to treat who they want with different kindness. I am changing banks after many many years.

  The staff are rude and uncaring. I was working out of town and needed a document notarized. I left my blind wife my membership card with all my information and she had her state I’d card with the same information as my account. They refused to notarize the document for free because she wasn’t me. My car will be paid off in three months and I will never do any business with them ever again. I bank with Salin bank and they are great.

  First, they have horrible hours. Some of their tellers need smile training. The woman who sits at the credit throne couldn’t be more condisending and unapproachable. Others say “Can I help you?” When their faces say, “What do you want?” Once I get my car paid off at the end of this month, I don’t ever have to deal with with them. This has been the third CU I have been connected with in my life and all of them acted like they were something special.
