  So, not only were they incredibly rude but I told them I would return in 15 minutes...before they closed, only to find they had shut and locked their doors more than 5 minutes early. "Not a big deal" you may say but, one, they are SUPPOSED to be open until 6:00, and two, when they realized I was there, outside the shop, to get in, they simply shrugged and went about their business. It's the bigger issues here...and I rarely post anything but they simply don't care about your business and people like that don't deserve your business. Show them by NOT going here and taking your business elsewhere.

  Great place! Trustworthy, polite, and helpful. Unlike most pawn shops, they demonstrate care for their customers and do an excellent job!

  Went into the store For a pair of Galaxy headphones Clark sold me the headphones with Mitch matching pair. when I went back and express That You cannot advertise 1 product for sale with 2 model numbers that are different. And express that these are 2 different Galaxy headphones in one case that you're selling as 1 product which is technically false advertisement. When I asked for a refund they only wanted to give me 20 of the $40 I spent. So I will be Filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the licensing office and will be filling at lawsuit.

  I am highly disappointed in this place I am used to wearing silver I have never had a piece of silver turn my skin GREEN!! WHEN I TOLD THEM what happened I was told a bunch of bull and then was told that I could sell it back for half of what I paid for it?

  Keira was very helpful when it came to finding a beautiful ring that fits my budget. She was very thoughtful and truly cared that I picked the ring perfect for me. She showed me many options until I found one that suited me! The customer service here is amazing!

  Terrible business practices... even for a “pawn shop”. The staff here is lazy, unprofessional, disrespectful, and ignorant. Don’t even waste your time with them. Not only will they offer you less than any other pawn shop in the city would for your items, but they will also be very unprofessional when finding your offer. The manager is very heinous and has no business leading any associates in any kind of way.

  I had the pleasure of working with Keira to help me pick out a gift for my son on his birthday and she was so helpful. She went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and she’s hilarious!!! She has such a beautiful aura and great to be around. I refer all my family and friends to her because she’s the best!!!!

  Very knowledgeable employees in the firearm department. I inquired as to why some reviews by ladies were poor. They relayed that the ATF specifically instructed them not to sell certain firearms to ladies. I managed to pick up a brand new Glock at a cheaper price than Academy. Will def be back.
