  We are trying to buy our first house and wish we had found Kennen sooner! We missed out on a house we really wanted, at the right price, because of an inexperienced realtor. Kennen is now helping us and doing everything he can to increase our chances of getting the house we put an offer on by doing his research and figuring it what is a winning offer for the seller. He can also give pointers on the needs of the house, foundation, and if it will pass inspection. He calculated the ballpark costs and helped us put in a competing offer. Good communication and experience, helping people make informed decisions.

  Kennen is the best realtor out there!!,very patient, professional, fun etc. It makes you feel like a friend, like a relative .Always willing to help. Answered all questions we had ,guided us during the whole process of selling our house and through the process of picking the lote for our new house until it was finished. We just feel very blessed that he was like an Angel for us through all this stressful process.

  Kennen is very professional and cares about his clients. Our house was a hard sale. And he managed to get it done.   I have known Kennen for years, “since he was a young boy.” When I was in need of help to settle my Mom’s estate, I found myself in need of someone I trusted because “this kind of stuff is not my thing.” I knew Kennen to be a person of top quality from all those many years, so I tracked him down.
