  My fiancé and I bought our first home last month and Larry was unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process. As first-time home buyers we didn’t have much knowledge about the mortgage process and Larry answered all our questions and kept us advised every step of the way. Larry maintained constant communication with us and kept us abreast of all updates.   Best decision we made was to work with Larry in a month we locked the rate and closed escrow. We cant thank him enough for taking our loan at the last minute.   What can I say? Larry and his team are wonderful at making dreams come true. 12 years ago he helped us finance our first home, then refinance when interest rates dropped a few years later. Fast forward to last month... he and his team worked very hard to finance our second home. His level of expertise, professionalism and care for the client exceeds anyone’s expectations!   Larry Reyes and his team are the best! This was actually our third time working with Larry, the first being during 2008 recession when no banks wanted to give out loans he somehow made it happen! Years later we refinanced and he found us the best rate which saved us even more $$ on our monthly mortgage. That’s why it only made sense to once again call on Larry’s dream team to help get us into our dream home! Larry responds right away to any inquiry you might have, even on the weekends which is a plus since escrow can be very stressful and a few days lag in response can make all the difference. His team also emailed the loan progress every step of the way so we knew exactly where we were in the process. Smart Home Mortgage is definitely the right choice!
