  I test drove a car Tuesday and by Friday I had my car! All thanks to how fast Connor was able to move with my request. He was informative, kept me and my husband in on the loop, and even called the dealership. I ended up going to see him in person and he was very friendly. Should be a branch manager most definitely. He even took initiative to push to the dealership when things were pending on their end. Happy to work with him and will recommend other to him as well.

  We walked in and spoke with Conner right away and he was very helpful in setting up an account for us. He answered our questions and was very transparent throughout he process. We didn’t know this started as Teachers first credit union starting for HISD and now has evolved to services members such as firefighters, teachers, and nurses etc.

  My husband and I opened accounts at the Westchase location and were assisted by Connor S. who is professional, knowledgeable, very helpful, and an absolute joy to work with! The entire process was simple, and we were very impressed by the Teller 2.0 system- a wonderfully smart use of technology especially in light of current public health concerns. We're excited to be members of SFCU and looking forward to building financial security for our family here. 10/10 - Absolutely recommend for Houston individuals and families.

  I never get a statement in the mail or email notification. My CD has matured before and yesterday but never got a renewal notice. Can't wait to close my accounts.

  Alex Flores needs a bonus! Alex was awesome and helped me through weeks of buying a car out of state. Dealers were nothing but a pain and he was able to help me get necessary documents over to them and finally get the loan finalized through long distance. Excited to receive my car this week!
