  While Steven is a nice guy and answered my questions, I decided not to use his services because of his follow up practices. When I first spoke with Steven he said he would email me a list of what he needs and I will receive that in 30 minutes. That was on a Monday, two days later nothing came through. I reached back out to him to inquire and he said he was tied up and would call me in 30 minutes. No call or email. I tried once again to connect and had zero progress. I understand how busy people can get as I am in sales myself, however this type of communication is beyond unprofessional. Don't provide timelines if you can't stick to them. If this is how Steven operates for a simple email/phone call...I can't imagine what happens when paperwork and forms are needed/submitted.

  Steve has done an amazing job of ensuring that we absolutely got the lowest mortgage rate possible and did such a great job the first time, we had him do our second mortgage as well. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you, Steve!

  SJD mortgage is the company to go with. Great communication, vast knowledge, and works with you to get what you want. I did my original mortgage with them and refinanced as well. Would highly recommend.

  I had a different situation than most. I moved into a rental home to better accommodate my family and was unable to sell my current home at the time. I wanted to purchase the rental I was living in and was referred to SJD Mortgage Services. Steve was awesome to work with and always had a great attitude, even when things on my end took a little longer than usual. That being said, with the Steve working tirelessly day and night I am excited to say that as of June 2018 I am now the proud owner of a beautiful home that I was renting.
