      Btw, my name is not Dawn!? Really, come on. I loved banking here until yesterday. I went to deposit a check and get money back. Today, 12-31-2020, after debit card transactions being declined I am told that they don't know where my money is. Lori has so far given me attitude and acting defensively, when I have been acting calmly whilst being twenty questioned; even though my answers seem to only provide more irritation to Lori. The condescension in her voice was literally audible through a free WiFi calling app and is demeaning in its own right. Like I said, I like banking here, but Lori gotta quidditch.

      Very disappointed. The counter people provide minimal help even when asked specific questions and have no desire to provide further help. I opened my account in Hastings and had great help and cooperation. In Red Wing I will switch my business.

      SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! This bank takes what seems like an eternity to do even the most simplest of tasks. An average of five minutes to just cash a check (when your the only one there), seems ridiculous.
