You have always helped me any time that I needed assistance.       Chesley is always sweet and helpful. She has always went out of her way to explain things to me. Some of the other tellers and loan officer, not so much. They make you feel like you are bothering them and can’t wait for the work day to be over.

      Worst customer service ive ever seen. From the president down, they are rude. Try one of the other credit unions in town. You will be glad you did. They do not care about any of their customers. Don’t be fooled by them. Most credit unions don’t have a star rating of a 3. This is inline with bank ratings not credit unions. They have this rating for a reason.

      They do not direct deposit paychecks early if there is a holiday coming up when all other banks/credit unions around town managed to. Very disappointed.

      My only complaint is not being open for at least half a day on Saturdays. Not everyone has a 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.
