  I will say I've never dealt with a man more hateful in my life. I am from Texas, orginally, and tried to call Mr. Simms in regards to doing a $1 sponsorship add for the BIRCH RUN football team, and I accidentally called him "sweetheart" and being from Texas that was an accident, but he proceeded to yell at me tell me how unprofessional I was (as if I was asking for a job instead of a $1 a tshirt sponsorship ) the hung up the phone but not before requesting to just call him next week. UGHHHHH. NO THANKS. SO MUCH FOR A HOME TOWN DEALERSHIP! Don't expect this guy to stand by your kids. Would never recommend wasting your hard earned dollars with this not so lovely man.

  First time visiting, had to take care of a couple recalls for my Monte Carlo. The shop was very clean and the staff was friendly. It didn't take too long for them to take care of what I needed. I did not like that they removed my engine cover without telling me though. It was part of the recall that I wasn't aware of, but someone should have let me know before I was surprised the first time I opened the hood.

  James Molpus did a great job. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Got me into the vehicle I wanted and took care of everything. First time I've been able to walk into a dealer and leave the same day with my car! I would highly recommend him and Simms to anyone!

  We bought a used car for our 18 year old daughter. Dan Eickhoff worked hard to help find us the safest and best priced car. He went out of his way, to text us and call us with potential cars. We would recommend him to anyone.

  My wife and I both use them religiously, we've never had a bad experience. Even when something bad happens it isn't a bad thing, they'll fix it. If you're looking for a good dealership that plays fair, this is your home. Great folks... Thanks Bruce Jr. for all your help.

  My husband had a scratch all the way down his truck. He had taken it to two detailers and both told him it would not come out. He had went to Simms for an oil change and decided to ask what they thought. When he picked his truck up the scratch was completely gone and the truck looked good as new! They go above and beyond!

  Since purchasing my new Traverse, I can't say enough good things about Simms Chevy in Clio Michigan. The service department is top notch and the new car sales is great also. They will be my 1st choice on the next new car purchase.
