Music Lover1I wish I could give negative number on this review! Since Landmark left this new company is nothing but crooks charging fees without notice and refusing to refund them. If you put your money in this bank good luck!! And don't think you are going to get service this is why I waited so long to be it was my fault. Employees playing on there phones

Connor Horsley1The bank itself has nice employees. But the way the company itself is run, is terrible. They will charge you random fees and not tell you about it in any way shape or form. When there's an issue and you try to get somebody on the phone no one ever answers. I was on hold for 2 hours someone finally picked up did not even say a word say a word and then hung up on me. If you have time or the capability to go into the bank to get something fixed by all means they will help you out with no issue. But don't try and do anything over the phone because it'll never happen.

MeBailey10152Drive thru and lobby lines are backed up in the parking lot and out the door around noon at the Sherman, TX location. This is unacceptable to have to use a whole hour lunch break to make a deposit and not be open past 5pm in the evening. This area's population is about to double, so I suggest you quit being cheap and get some more employees or continue to have unhappy customers who are going to take their business elsewhere like me.

Vickie Rivera1I am really getting sick of trying to call on hold exorbitant amounts of time 45 minutes just this morning still no one picks up. Are the phones off? I am getting ready to change banks. It's just ridiculous. The long wait times at the bank as well. Even if I am the only person at the window. I wait for them to enter the drive thru area to notice. It's just gotten so bad 👎!!!

Baleigh Brockman1Terrible customer service. Will continue to hold deposits for several days. Very frustrating when people live paycheck to paycheck. Can never get ahold of a branch or the customer service like. App never updates correctly. a check got stuck in their machine in Denison and then they would deposit it because they “couldn’t verify it”. Every person there is rude.

Short Cake1Like most of these other reviews, we’ve found money disappearing out of our account constantly. The online account is NEVER updated which is extremely frustrating when you live paycheck to paycheck. This is the absolute WORST bank I’ve ever banked with and we will be switching asap. Oh and when you try to get help with your account, they get frustrated and act like you’re wasting their time.

Kristal Folsom1I work Monday threw Fridays and I don't get off till 5 pm and by the time I get there they are already closed. Then they are closed every weekend. How do people suppose to talk to someone inside the bank?

Donna b1I am so disappointed since the change from Landmark. Simmons switched 6 children's club accounts to regular accounts w/all the commensurate fees. To get them switched back "you just need to stop by at your convenience". After recently becoming disabled, it is really NOT convenient to appear in person at their branch. When I do manage to darken their door, I will close every last commercial and personal account I have.

Matthew Gentry1Been there for years, but now the ONLY reason I still have an account there is due to a loan I'm paying off soon. Since Landmark left, the holdover employees are still great, but the teller lines, ATM, online banking? Complete dumpster fire. Always "upgrading the system", although none of it ever works. In all of the years I've been there, you hardly ever saw an outside lane go down, and it was fixed very quickly. I drive by there at least twice a day, and at least once a week there's a repair truck outside fixing something. Taking a good bank and good people down in flames. I'll be on my way out as soon as that loan is knocked out!

Mary dick1I went into bank to cash in my big jar of change. Mind you I had counted all my silver coins, not the pennies, about 5 or 6 weeks ago. I was curious as to how much I had in the jar saved. I have put all my change in the jar for months. At that time I had roughly $245, not counting my pennies. I continued to throw more in there over the course of time till now. I have an account at simmons bank so I was just going to _deposit $200 of the money there. I wanted to avoid the 8% charge from Walmart coin machine. The teller told me I only had $169.09 I got ripped out of like half my money!! They told me there was nothing they could do once it was dumped in to count. DONT TAKE YOUR CHANGE THERE AND EXPECT THEM TO BE HONEST!!! .
