      I've never had issues with this store over being a day or so late. The new manager I am guessing doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. After I'm done with this loan, I will never go back. Period. Deal with your delinquency better because I promise you I care more about my credit than some but customers will pay the people that treat them like people over those who treat them like dirt. I have been a customer for several years and never had a late charge ever. I am so disappointed this is the type of customer service I will be facing from now on.
