      The worst bank, the lady at the window had a horrible attitude, and she makes horrible facial expressions when talking to you. I asked for change because I needed to break a 100 dollar bill and with me being from out of town and trying to to explain that to her and she cut me off and did not listen to anything I had to say. Just kept saying I had to bank with them. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank.

      I didn't choose to bank with simmons bank, they bought out my bank. Ever since they bought out my bank I continuously get locked out of my online banking account and they continuously flag my account for fraud even though I am the one that is using my card. I am military so I don’t live in a state where simmons bank is. And when I call it takes at least 15 min to get through to someone. Defiantly inconvenient. It is good for security but when I called and told them I am military thats why I am in different states often, they said they don’t even have an option for that for military.

      My husband or will be hubby,me. dollar has banked via Simmons for the time he was old enough to have an account .this place ,he love it,if he's on phone with them I will actually start thinking he's talking to his own family,! Wish. They has more chains though as they seem hard too find when traveling but overall it's a 20 out of 10!!!!😁😃
