  Not worth a star... Greenfield location was best service. When lockwood staff was at Greenfield they were rude acted very non professional. Like dating drive threw. As do with some customers currently. At the lockwood location. WOW no MASKS. NO SANITIZE BETWEEN THE NEXT CUSTOMER. TRULY SHAMEFUL WITH COVID. YOUR STAFF AND BANK ARE THE ONES WHO ARE SPREAD THE COVID!! Not safe to be a customer. Closing all accounts I hold this next week. Greenfield location was best service. 2 star as in worst place to bank.

  Every single springfield location was closed 2/18/21 but since the lockwood mo location was open and I was working in springfield mo couldn't deposit money quick enough to prevent overdraft fees. And they could care less. Horrible customer service

  The staff is very unprofessional. It's like a bar pick up scene.. should of closed this branch . Greenfield one was best service and more. Closed all accts and have sent complaint in to main bank of simmons .

  After closing several branches is almost impossible to get to the bank...and mobile deposit doesn't work 90% of the time...I miss when it was liberty

  Bank is closed more than its opened. Not open on Saturdays. I will be changing banks.
