  Extremely helpful and friendly personnel work hard for you in almost any reasonable endeavor. I cannot praise them enough for what they have helped me with; they saved my home and my brother's fiancee's. 5 stars.

  Giving only 3 stars cause some to the employees are rude and seems to come off as they can careless about problems with an account. When we was inside making our account in October we watched a employee treat a older lady pretty rude over a debit card. I have personally had a couple accounts with this bank and they have not really changed over the years except their banking app which lags superbad. ALSO your app needs to show if there is money pending!! Edit 3/18/22 I don't understand how one week our check will go in on time and the next week our check won't go on in time and it's always from the same person same place. They've tried to blame the company is coming from but it's not them we have documentation of when it was put in so I don't understand why Lamar Bank and trust can't get their act together.

  Do not recommend baking here terrible restrictions and the employees work in their are older than dirt and have no processing skills at all

  Worst bank ever. Closed our account just because we put money in from our other bank which we stated we could show for legally. Then they made a comment that since I got a veterans check there was no way I could be having that much money me or our business. discrimination and biased on non factual statements. I even said they could call my other bank if they liked. I also asked the bank president if we or I had done anything to violate the bank policies and guidelines he said no so we asked what was the reason and he stated because he could and he didn't have to give a answer. They also blocked my funds from my other bank even though it was all legal and did not violate any laws. So now since they want to have discrimination in their bank I figured fine we will just sue them for violation of my rights to fair banking and discrimination. Do not use this bank they are crooked and will discriminate against you if it fits their purpose they are also very racial and very rude . I will be contacting my attorney and the FDIC to file a complaint against them.
