  I am really disappointed from Services of this bank. One week ago I have sent a wire in order to the BTC wallet but it is still pending. I have sent a lots of email and I called them from switzerland with the heavy calling charges although they are helping me and not giving me about the deposit of my money. They are not transferring the money to my blockchain account neither to my bank account back. Please help me if anyone knows, how can I get my money back to my bank account?

  This bank is how businesses like Coinbase and Binance exsist. Centralized and hidden transactions provided by Silvergate are the best place to have a coin mixer where the theft of the commons can very easily take place.

  Very poor service since the bank has transformed to a non business bank. The services provided by Pam Brown are sub par and frankly embarrassing to the local banking community of San Diego.

  Mary, the branch manager, is amazing and went completely out of her way to help me with a huge issue I had with my client that banks with Silvergate. I can not express how much that helped out.
