  William Boyce was my loan originator for a refinance at the end of 2019. He worked with patience and dedication to help me successfully acquire a 30 year fixed-rate loan at 3.75 interest rate. This was my goal. There were many obstacles, but he and Sr. Loan Processor, Lydia Tam, surmounted them all. I appreciate the dedication, perseverance and patience of William and his team toward his clients.   I love banking with you! You are very secure and it’s an easy deposit process .I love not having to drive to the bank to deposit too especially because of COVID. The interest you pay isn’t bad either!

  I have more than 30 banking relationship with financial institutions. But Axos Bank service exceeded my expectation. I applied for a personal loan and got the approval within 24 hours and money the following day. I never ever expected that they are so quick and are very professional. Thanks for your wonderful service.

  I am very disappointedI have my truck loan on this bank, and it's been more than three years; and I haven't been able to talk to anybody on the phone. Every time I called they put you on hold until it hung up on me.Takes days for them to return a call if, they call you same thing they put you on hold until hung up again. I hope never get this bank on any type of loan again.

  If you want to invest try Axos it's the best but you can try the rest great exchange wait and is accessible online Axos is the way to count your savings

  READ THIS BEFORE USING YOUR AXOS DEBIT CARD! I have used my debit card and ended up not getting the service I paid for. The merchant would not issue a refund and would not respond, so I initiated a dispute with Axos on 12/8/20. As of today (1/23/21), Axos has not resolved the issue and has not refunded the charge. I will NEVER deal with this bank again!

  Ended up switching from Wells Fargo after their multiple scandals. Axos has been super easy to work with, has kind representatives each time I call and allowed me a transfer waiver to ensure I could transfer all my funds at once. Would definitely recommend.

  Great experience with Axos bank refinancing my home! Melissa Wallen, Wendy K. Rosenthal and team were fantastic and super responsive from the start to the end of the refinancing process, which was completed very quickly. I would definitely consider using them in the future!

  Been with BOA for 20+ years. Recently began moving my business accounts to AXOS and I couldn't be happier. Only wished I'd done so sooner. When I applied for the PPP through BOA I couldn't get anyone to respond, nor was anyone available via phone or email. This went on for weeks. When I finally gave up and applied through AXOS, within 5 days I was approved and no less than 3 senior level AXOS employees had reached out to me personally. This bank understands business needs. They will have my business for as long as they want it. Highly recommend.
