  Found customer services to be well coordinated amongst associates. Loan associate was personable, efficient and went above and beyond to assist. Would recommend to anyone needing a seamless banking experience.

  For being a member of the shared Co-op Credit Union of system these people were less than helpful I would never go there again and basically they refused to me because they didn't like my state issued ID from Colorado. Luckily no worries it took me a couple hours to get the app loaded and everything synced but hey I was able to do my credit union banking without ever having to step another foot in this Credit Union again I will never go here again and if you're an out-of-towner unless you have a certain kind of ID they won't help you so you'll be out of luck save your time look up another Credit Union

  By far the worst experience ever with this bank. Since they opened it has been so unprofessional and the manager is no help. I just came in for advice on my account and as I turned the teller "sherley" rolled her eyes as my 8 year old daughter and husband looked at her from the waiting area. She wanted to discuss personal matters through a mirror instead of allowing me to sign in and speak to someone on a desk area to make it more personal after I asked three times.

  Only put a star because I had to in order to do a review. Silver State Schools Credit Union is the biggest rip-off I have ever seen. I have had dealings with other banks in establishments but this is far beyond getting ripped off. If you go in there to do any type of banking make sure you're a member. As for a $410 check they charged me $20 to cash it because I was a non-member. What a rip off any other bank or establishment is $5 or $7 or will waiver it if you've done business with them before or they know the client. I hear the commercials all the time about how they share the profit with their banking members and employees now I see how they share it they got everybody be careful if you are doing any dealings with these people in the future. Please learn from my mistake

  Hello Ernie, I'm sorry to hear about your frustration. We do charge a fee for non-members to cash checks. It is a standard practice that is posted and disclosed in our rate and fee schedule. We appreciate your comments and they will be shared with upper management.

  Customer service is lacking at this location ever since they made some transfers out. The customer service that this branch had was the reason I transferred my business from one bank here. Obviously great customer service is a thing of the past!!!

  This has been the worst experience with a "bank" I have ever had. First a credit union is supposed to be customer owned,but there are fees for just being a customer. They even want to charge you for talking to the teller. Then one night I was trying to check my account on my phone and something happened when putting in the pasword and it said it was wrong. I tried three times, it locked me out. I called the number that was online, it only works during business hours. I call the one that says 24/7 on it, only works during business hours and they want you to go check your account online that you are locked out of online. Then I have no groceries and I go to get $8 worth of food for a meal before shopping and to my horror my card is declined. No notice, no email, nothing they just froze it. Is there someone to call to fix this? Is there a way to take care of this? No because it is the weekend and after all I couldn't need money for anything useful. They can put a block on my card because there was an issue with my phone on the weekend, but they cannot give me a chance to fix it on the weekend. After all the hassles and all of the fees they dare call themselves a credit union.

  The whole crew is amazing!! Excellent communication, always available to answer questions. They show a great personal interest in everyone’s needs. Beyond banking!!

  The worst bank in the state of Nevada. They are thieves and could care less about your financial situation. Please be weary of this bank. If their is any trouble with your account they will not attempt to resolve the issue. This is the Bank of America of Credit unions. They will also hang the phone up if they do not feel like handling your problem. If you're banking with them think again.
