  Pete was exceptional, professional and a pleasure to deal with through out my mortgage refinancing process. He was very detailed and explained all of my options. Pete ended up saving me thousands of dollars for the entirety of the mortgage because my original mortgage company was going to charge me a higher fee for my mortgage refinance. They are professional, compassionate and they are experts that will provide you with the product to best suit your personal situation. Although they are very busy, they always get back to you in a timely manner and explain everything to you so that you completely understand it. They make the mortgage process hassle-free.

  This is the worst Brokerage firm I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor if you are in a contract back out do not deal with these people. I was waiting for a loan approval made me jump through many different hoops to tell me at the very last minute that the bank will not approve because house I tried to purchase was in foreclosure. The lady I had to deal with (Sherri wine )you should be fired you knew the conditions of the house and kept processing This agency does not do their due diligence for their customers. I wasted my time and lost on my opportunity.

  Unfortunately trying to refinance a property in foreclosure is difficult. While we initially thought we would be able to help, we were unable to find a lender that could assist you. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience.

  All I can say is stay far away from this Mortgage Broker Pete. The is no communication at all, you are left in the dark at all times. He will not answer your Emails or text messages. This should be a fun and exciting time in your life, dealing with Pete was extremely stressful and not worth it.
