I cannot recommend this lender. I initially went with them becuase they do alternative Lending and not as strict. However as soon as I paid for appraisal things went down hill. The loan officer vm was always full and they do not respond to emails in a timely fashion . The whole process was very unprofessional. I would pass on this organization.
