  Richard is very professional he help me with the refinancing of one of my home and help me with a new loan for another home. In this Competitive market you can missed on a offer just because the seller agent is not able to contact your banker to verify your qualifications before they choose your offer. The house I purchase had fourteen offers on the table because of Richard prompt response to answer the phone and verify my qualifications my offer was the winner!! Thank you Richard.

  This was our first home purchase and Rich was amazing. We were using a VA loan which made things even more confusing for us, but Rich was there every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and was always available to answer our questions, and we had a ton. We had heard how difficult the process of buying a home can be but Rich really made it a breeze.
