  I purchased a Kenwood 5-Channel amplifier from this pawn shop. It came in fantastic shape. The box had a little ding (Probably from the delivery service all the way to AZ, ha ha). They were extremely vocal and attentive to my emails. I was without a 5 Channel amp for a week, so I was rather excited to get it. Everything works EXACTLY as it should, and I even received an email asking if everything was right. I will absolutely do business with them again. Kudos for being so open and transparent. :) -Patrick

  Went in just to look around. The shop is pretty boring. There is not much to look at except for tools and some other random junk. I also brought in an item to try and sell or at least have looked at to see if there was some value to it. The worker in the front was pleasant and tried to helpful but when he took the item in the back to have an "expert" assess it, he literally returned it to me in less than 2 minutes saying he couldn't find it on the internet therefore he didn't want it. I did the same and literally found the item in 1 search and it had a decent market value. I don't care if they had no interest but the assessor was totally rude. I definitely do not recommend this shop

  Hello Autumn X, I would like to say thank you for your feedback. I am hoping maybe you have the wrong shop in mind. You said the worker went "into the back" but we conduct all of our business in the front of the store at our counters when you first walk in. We certainly would love to purchase any item if we can make you happy AND not lose money on it in the process. If we let a customer leave with an item it is ONLY because we can not make money on it. Sometimes an item may not be a good seller out of our local store, yet online(ebay) shows a resale. Not every item can be sold online due to high listing, closing, shipping fees etc. We do our very best to buy everything as you can see when you walk into our locations. We have a very large variety of very nice things and are located in very nice areas. I wish your visit amounted to more than a 1 star feedback but we will keep working hard to do better.
