  Signature Bank of Arkansas was wonderful to work with! They were professional and personable all at the same time. They made purchasing a home stress free and enjoyable. We will definitely continue to use their services and would highly recommend them to family and friends! Kim Whedbee was our loan officer and we couldn't have picked a better person to work with. She was extremely helpful and friendly. We are so grateful that have been able to work with her!

  Brett and me have worked with our banker Andrea for years. She has always been wonderful and gotten the things done both business and personal. Since moving to Signature it is obvious her team supports and trusts her and she was able to close our mortgage from start to finish in about 3 weeks! She was amazing and I am more than happy with our experience with Signature!!!

  Signature Bank has the best customer service. Day or night their bankers are there for our every need. They are all highly qualified and are able to effectively and efficiently handle all of our banking needs. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

  My wife and I were introduced to Sam Johnson at Signature bank through our Real Estate Agent as we wanted to purchase land and build. Sam was so easy to work with and made the entire process a breeze! Once the house was finished, we simply moved over our communications to Kim Whedbee to set up the refinancing of the construction loan into our mortgage. The whole process was amazingly easy with their help, THANK YOU both!!! We will definitely recommend you and your staff to anyone looking for help in either of these loan categories.

  We moved to a different city but we're still banking with Signature Bank. They've always been so dependable! Today I needed to update my account and get some documentations from them. I thought I'll have to go to the actual branch which is 3hrs away from us but I was able to do it over the phone and email. Debbie from the Customer Service and Clint from Springdale Branch are very professional. They made sure that I'm taken care of!

  Overall, we LOVE the remote deposit capture! No more driving to the bank, waiting in line, etc. I can verify within 24 hours that all checks processed and if they don’t, track them down immediately without waiting until the statement comes in to find out differently. The only negative we’ve seen is that some bill pay checks do not scan and we have to copy and rerun.

  This is the friendliest staff of people that I have ever dealt with in the banking industry. Very professional and most there know me on a first name basis. They come out of their offices to speak to me and ask how things are going and show that they truly care about their customers. No need to bank anywhere else.
