  Don't use this company!!!! They strung my husband and I along saying we were approved for 6 months. They Ran our credit twice , took over $4500 from us in up front costs, changed our closing date over 6 times, and on the day we were scheduled to finally close they called to explain that the underwriter had denied us. How is that even possible when we had been approved for the prior 6 months!!!! I'm 99% sure we were racially profiled . They shouldn't be allowed to operate business

  In response to these statements, Sierra Pacific Mortgage did not ever at any time take any money from you or husband. We DO NOT have "up front costs" and NEVER collect any fees beyond the required appraisal cost ($495 to $550 depending on loan type) and its actually paid directly to the appraisal company, not Sierra Pacific, nor do we charge or collect any fees for our services until a loan closes, you couldn't meet all the conditions therefore your loan did not close. Your closing date was delayed because of the required conditions of your loan, some discovered during the title search process, in which we continued to request and never received. These delays caused your credit report to expire (they expire every 90 days}, and the report had to be updated to continue. The statements made here are inaccurate and false and we deeply regret that we could not fullfil your needs for your personal situation.
