Worst finance company you can ever go to. STAY AWAY. My car got impounded a month so the finance company had to get it out, they explained to me that i had until may 8th to send the following documents in to get my car back: proof of residence, proof of income, proof of insurance,a valid driver license, along with $1900. i sent them all of the documents by april 29th and now im being told that my car is already being transported to be re-auctioned,not only that i cant in touch with no one in the impound department(they are avoiding me) to re-sell my vehicle smh...

Very unprofessional!!! I have now 4 months waiting on a car title the Motor Vehicle Administration in MD require to have the original title when registered the car! apparently this company send the title, but MVA doesn't have it and Sierra does not have a tracking number and their useless people cannot get the tracking number from UPS... tats unbelievable plus I am paying for a car that I am not able to drive BECAUSE I HAVE 1 MONTH WITH EXPIRES TAGS!!!! MY INSURANCE COMPANY WANTS PROOF THAT THE CAR IS REGISTERED OTHERWISE I GET A FIND ALSO THE COUNTY SEND ME A LETTER BECAUSE THE CAR CANNOT BE PARKED WITH EXPIRES TAGS SO THEY MAY COME ONE OF THIS DAYS TO IMPOUND THE CAR! and Sierra does not move a finger! I would never recommend this company with this review I want to warn others so they don't fall in this frustration!!

Im confused on why everyone is upset with the interest Rates after they have had the car and driven it. The Interest Rate is on the contract before you sign it and leave the Dealership with the car. If you make your payments on time you wont deal with the extra interest on late payments. This is a second chance finance company meaning no one else would finance you cause of Credit issues. That's not the company's fault.

Edit: IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING FINANCING WITH SIERRA: PLEASE READ I'm writing this in tears thanks to you Mr. Blake Kirk. In his voice, as soon as I got on the phone I could immediately hear the concern. Not only did he make it right for me, he EXPLAINED to me why the things happened and TOOK MY EXPERIENCE to change things in the future. I think I fell in love 😭❤️ Mr. Kirk listened to my concerns, he made it completely right for me, and he brought me to literal tears relating to why I was upset and immediately understanding where I was coming from. I wouldn't have been near as upset earlier had someone just related to me and made an effort to help me. With Mr. Kirk at this company I'm seriously considering refinancing back with Sierra on my new loan because the way he spoke to me he just made me feel like I would always be taken care of. A small thing about me is that I have worked in customer service for my entire working lifetime and it's become something SO important and valued to me. Customer service in my hands means that I can make a customer smile, I can make someone's better, I can make something easier for the next person, I have the ability to make someone come in sad and leave happy. In this respect customer service is HUGE to me. NEVER, not even in my OWN experience, have I EVER recieved or even GIVEN serivce comprable to the level that Mr. Kirk gave me today. The level of sincerity and care he gave me when it came to contacting me and understanding my situation not only brought me to tears but it also MOTIVATED me to strive to make every customer I deal with feel like how Mr. Kirk made ME feel. Mr. Kirk, I so appreciate you for taking care of me and I really feel like you just made a lifetime customer. My original review is below. *** This is the original review*** This company has the worst customer service. At least act like you care about the customers; WE ARE PEOPLE just like you! I made PERFECT monthly payments even after my vehicle was declared a total loss and they reported negatively to credit agencies. Every time I have had the misfortune of dealing with these people I get two rude, snotty women answer the phone saying there's nothing I can do and there's no one else I can talk to. Really? I tried to make the payoff amount with a stored account - oh we don't see that. It's only been stored since 2016 but ok. I try to pay with my bank account - I can try it but I don't know if it will go through until a week later. Does that even sound right? Every time I have to call I get off the phone in tears because customer service is SO important to me and no one has any passion to work for the customer. Sierra needs a serious revamp of their company practices.

When I read these reviews shocking Sierra gets a one star BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO PAY!!! Sierra is great, finance a Range Rover for me and has been good to me. Truth is that a bank can repossess your car if you are one day late, so pay on time. Stop critizing the hand that bite you. Remember if it was not for Sierra you would not have a car

Can someone tell me if it is true that First Investors Servicing Corporation is taking over Sierra Auto Finance. I've noticed that at least 1 of Sierra Auto Finance's numbers is answered by an automated system claiming to belong to First Investors Servicing Corporation. Just trying to make sure there's no scam being run.

Can someone explain to me how Sierra sold our accts to a company we didnt sign an agreement with without notifying us? I got no contact on this at all until 830pm when First Investors notified me. When I go to the website I get the message posted in the pic I shared. This does not seem legal.

Apparently, a friend of mine used me as an emergency contact on his loan application because I got a phone call from an unprofessional customer service rep with a condescending tone telling my to have my friend call her back at the number on my caller ID by tonight at 7. She wouldn't answer any of my questions and when I told her that I was at work and unable to call my friend by then, she rudely told me to text him. I understand that customer service reps have a difficult job, but that is no excuse to be patronizing to people like me who actually answer their phones for unknown numbers and attempt to resolve issues amicably. Needless to say, I'll never get an auto loan from this company.

San Antonio location... My son was a first-time buyer and it's my opinion they misrepresented the terms of his purchase. We had an agreement for $150 payments when I walked out of the building and came back to find he'd signed paperwork for $190+- payments to include comp and collision insurance that was SUPPOSEDLY optional. Let me be clear, not liability which is required by TX law but only comp & collision. My son either thought he was going to have street legit insurance or thought that he could purchase insurance on his own and have this extra (UNNECESSARY, the vehicle is over 5 years old) insurance removed. 7 months later and we are still trying to get them to remove that extra part of the payment. Either insure a vehicle legitimately or don't! Don’t make a customer purchase insurance when you know perfectly well they will still need to go and purchase the part of the insurance policy from another company that allows them to drive the vehicle on Texas streets!

My first month with them and they are already inconveniencing me. They won't work with me on moving my due date so it's more helpful for me. Also why in the heck should I have to pay additional fees just to make payments for you guys? Worthless company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
