  Atm is broken alot and there is no automated phone inquiry to check balances and transactions. If the bank is closed you cant call and get any information about your account. When i have to go to there ATM many times it is out of service. 5 times in two months.

We do have an automated Telephone Banking system that you can call to check balances and activity 24/7. Simply call 888-758-4900.   You have to love all of the tellers in this place, They are great, good attitudes and I love Terry when she’s on her medications she is the most pleasant adorable tell her be careful when she goes off of them keep an on her , Call me if you think she’s off her meds. Thanks in advance

  By far the best bank around! Everyone is always so nice and extremely helpful. I’ve been with them for several years and never had any issues!

  worse atm ever.. takes forever to perform a transaction as well as it not working every other week!!! i belong to this bank to to the convenience however it is no longer convenient!
