  My experience at shirley katz was amazing, they turned my stressful day into a breeze. Since I moved from NY I was unsure how things worked out here in PA. After calling around trying to find a reasonable quote and getting stressed out because I had alot of questions about registrations and insurance and no one to ask, I decided to go to shirley katz. All my questions were answered politley, and exsplained to me in detail so I xpuld understand. All 3 ladies who were on shift were amazing with wonder full personalities and I will be going to them for all my vehicle needs. Thank you ladies you deserve a raise!!!!!!

  Everyone (Bridgette-insurance, Thera-CSR and Linda-MV) was so helpful! It was busy, but they were organized and very friendly! Worth the drive and I was very relieved to save so much money with their assistance

  Dont waste your time and money at this location. Obnoxious personnel and high rates compared to other notaries in the area. You can't ask a question without receiving a sarcastic remark, as well. I agree with the other comments, I don't know how they're still in business or who they're paying to write such great reviews. A complete sham!!!
