  Second to none experience with Shelley and her team. After engaging and dealing with a handful of lenders, Shelley stood out by a landslide. Her communication, transparency, availability, and flexibility are impeccable. With all other lenders I’d experienced, I felt as just another client, but with Shelley I felt like THE client from the very first engagement throughout the entire process. Then as a cherry on top, Shelley made it possible to close in 3 weeks vs the standard 30 days, which was a huge factor in winning the contract to begin with.   We had a wonderful experience using Mary Shelley Connell and Fairway Mortgage. The service was EXCEPTIONAL - friendly, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable staff. During closing, the title company remarked on how amazing Fairway had been throughout our whole process, which is saying a lot considering how many mortgage companies they work with. We would happily use Mary and Fairway in the future. I would highly recommend them.

  Highly recommend Shelley!!!! She is generous and super helpful. We are a first time home buyer and she clarified every single details that we’re worried about or we don’t even know about.   Shelley is awesome, fun to work. it is never a dull moment with her rain or shine. Shelley true to her word - closed my loan and too in record time - this considering snowstorm and my buyer asking for closing in two weeks. She was transparent, upfront - showed other lenders were charging me extra and paying credits she did not do either. Her team is awesome and on top of things. I don't think I will do justice to her and team with this small review. I look forward to working with her again.

  Shelley and her mortgage team are top notch. They made everything flow smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They are definitely my new go to mortgage company for my future home purchases. If you want an easy low stress home buying experience call them.

  I can't thank Shelley and here team enough for her help with obtaining my loan.
