  I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Shawn as he helped me through the steps to get my HECM in place. I cannot say enough good things about this professional and courteous man. The process was somewhat daunting to me and he helped me along every step of the way. Always available and responsive!   Shawn O’Brien made my reverse mortgage so seamless it was hard to believe. Shawn stayed right on top of every detail and explained every step in laymen’s terms I could understand.   Reverse Mortgages can can be daunting , because of the all the negative publicity they get sometimes. But once you find that one person you can trust to walk you through the process, its whole lot easier. That person for me and my mom was Shawn O'Brien. Believe me I am not someone that took this a reverse mortgage lightly, I did my due diligence cross checking every bit of information about him in different databases(FDIC, bank website, Bank FDIC, etc). Shawn O'Brien performance was astounding when it came to personal attention he would give me and mom when it came to explaining documents, personally delivering documents, being patient with my general concerns about the whole process. I could email or call him anytime if I had any concerns, and he was happy to answers all my questions. If I had a question that needed to be answered by one of his colleagues or companies that he deals with, he would get the question to the right people that same day. That is a big plus these days, because you come across some "Professionals" that are really lazy and don't follow thru in timely manner on what they should doing or say they are going to do. I would recommend Shawn O'Brien anytime.
