  After 2 frustrating and disappointing years of trying to get funding for our home and land, we felt defeated and tired. We ended up taking a private loan just to make it work, but then ended up in a precarious and expensive situation. The refinance for our loan seemed to take even longer, and be even more disappointing!! There were so many hoops to jump through that all ended in letdowns. Her fees were wrapped up into the loan and were extremely affordable, especially for the time and effort she put into making our dream a reality.   Michelle was on it. This was the easiest refinance I've ever done. Documents all available for signing online; a great appraiser; comparisons of interests rates; really a very professional and easy experience. I can't recommend Michelle enough. I live in a remote, rural area, and traveling to sign documents is a pain. Michelle coordinated everything online, and it was seamless! I highly recommend Shasta Mortgage!
