  I'd like to take a moment to say just how over the moon pleased my husband and I have been with our car buying experience through Sharpnack auto credit. A big thank you to Seth and Rick who treated us with kindness and respect and listened to our needs. They were able to find us the right vehicle we needed for a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and at a price we could manage. The vehicles they have to offer are clean and well maintained. They truly make sure the car you buy is worth the money and trustworthy. We had some very bad luck with our cars this past year and expressed our concerns. Seth went above and beyond to put those concerns at ease. I'd also like to thank the whole Ford service center. They were more then accommodating with the minor issues we had and were willing to fix. Again thank you to the whole Sharpneck team. We were thoroughly impressed and will be back the next time for our car buying needs. Will recommend to everyone!

  They will hound you with phone calls and texts tell you you're financed if you make $1000/mo. Have a job. Then when they do your credit app YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

  Honestly the staff is respectful and polite, this is the second car they have sold me. Zach is my guy when it comes to finding what I'm looking for and making it happen. He's a good salesman but with that being said he doesn't push things, I believe he has a true passion for helping people find what they need and does a good job and explaining what is happening throughout the process. You can believe when it's time for another car I know where I'm going and who's going to sell me the ride.

  Worked with Robert. HE made the car buying experience painless, and very smooth! Had trouble finding a place that could get me financed for a new car, and this was the place! Would definitely recommend to other individuals and families looking to buy a new car!

  Worst place I've ever had to deal with no regard or responsibility for what they do. Had to make many phone calls to try to fix mistakes on their end only to get the run around and several different stories as to why each person couldn't fix the problem. Not even an apology after several tickets for tags when they did not do the title correctly. Complete disappointment! Not even the manager of the lot nor the manager of the title office could explain why the ball was dropped. Now blatantly lying about my plates being expired to cover your ends is even worse. Take responsibility for your actions.

  I can call this place nothing but a scam. I went with a friend who got an email & phone call the day before talking about all the options they had. Over 500 cars to choose from many banks to deal with. So an almost 2 hour drive there, no information has changed since yesterdays application. He was given the option of ONE car with $1000 down and a $300 payment. Car at least 7 years old and over 110,000 miles on it. Save yourself the trip and don't attempt to do business with this place.

  Our process matches customers with the lenders most likely to approve them for auto loans. We can not help everyone, but we have helped thousands of people get a newer vehicle. We are not a finance company we present our clients information to the finance companies and the finance companies base their decision to loan the money or not based on customers ability to repay the loan and past credit history. Good news is all of the lenders we use report to the credit agencies and will help re-establish a customers good credit. Then after time, clients can trade into something even newer, maybe even a new car. So 9 times out of 10 it is worth the trip for most people.
