  I love banking at the Sharefax Credit Union branch in Mason. I have been banking there for 11 and a half years snd have found the people there so friendly, helpful and always kind. It is a wonderful place to bank!!!!!

  Been with Sharefax for 6 years, so far so good. They are continuing to update and find ways to make the member experience better. My child has an account with them and saves big which is great for when she goes to further her education or get her first car. They are willing to work with you in a time of need. Much of the staff treats the members like family which is a plus.

  Honestly one of the worst credit unions you will ever find. Their online banking almost never works. You can rarely ever access your accounts or view your transactions. Your transactions will be pending for days because they never go through them to verify them until days later when you thought they already went through. They will charge you overdraft fees of $30 & steal your money continuously thinking you won't notice since like I said you can rarely get their online banking to work. & the reason they over draft you so much is because you think you have enough money because transactions you were making should have gone through on Thursday or Friday will not go through until Monday or Tuesday. They don't care about their customers & bankers. I have been with them for years when my father first opened up my account with them & they have never once been nice to me or tried explaining to me better opportunities. I would never recommend this bank it is a trap to take YOUR OWN hard working MONEY.

  Terrible phone system. I've never actually tried to call before now because I my auto loan was generated by the dealership. I have had my loan for 2 years and have my payments on "auto pay". There is no way to talk to a person unless you have set up a pin #, and there is no way to do that through the phone system. Very dissatisfied with the fact I can't talk to someone without visiting a branch.

  Sharefax reported 30 days late payment to all 3 credit bureaus. We were never late on that payment, moreover their system show that payment was made on time! As a result, my credit score dropped over 60 points and my husbands score dropped over 80 points. They did confirm it was a mistake on their part due to some changes in their system and they are working to fix it. Well, while they are working on fixing it this review will stay here to warn others, especially other current customers, you might want to check your credit score!

  Sharefax is aware of the misinformation reported on 1st mortgage loans during conversion. We are working diligently to have a blanket “fix” on all 1st mortgage accountholders impacted by this malfunction before the next reporting period. This is our top priority. Once completed, all credit bureau files will be repaired with the correct information and scores will reflect information prior to conversion. In the meantime, we are working with the credit bureaus to correct any file reported to Sharefax by an individual member. We apologize for this misreporting and any negative impact that it has caused.

  I have been with this bank since a child. The only bank I have & bank through now I'm wanting to switch. You have THE WORST automated system. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get to a rep. Your hold time is ALWAYS over 6 min wait that is HORRIBLE AND SO INCONVENIENT FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE EMERGENCIES! I AM SO FREAKING UPSET AND IM AT WORK RIGHT NOW. I'm so close to removing my self from this bank and finding a better more efficient credit union.
