      love this branch. everyone is super helpful, and friendly. my preferred location, for sure. ignore the negative reviews. i have been going here for 6 years. i have never once had a bad experience.

      This location was not friendly at all!I will never go back into this location!!It was a older guy behind the counter who stared at me like I wasn’t allowed inside the bank!The teller who helped me informed me that she had to write my I.d number down in order for me to get a money order,that was a first!Ill stick to going to the north college hill branch where tellers don’t make you feel like a criminal when trying to access your own money!
