  I've bought four houses in my lifetime. Each time with a different lender. Working with Shamrock was the best experience of the four. Shamrock was responsive and quick to closing. They also provided me the best pricing as compared to three other lenders that I received quotes from. All around, I am pleased with Shamrock.

  Bravo! Most customer-friendly home financing transaction EVER! (Well, I've done only 9 or 10, but still true!) Ryan Carrigan is a pro and has trained his colleagues to make life easy for the borrower. The rate was highly competitive and closing costs were low, low, low. When one lender didn't like something about our file, Ryan's team seamlessly switched us to another. Same rate. Same closing date. Ryan is a man of his word. If he says it will happen, it will. I recommend that anyone in need of a mortgage contact Ryan Carrigan at Shamrock Home Mortgage. As for me, I'm done shopping mortgage lenders - Ryan is our lender from here out.
