  I greatly recommend Savannah Fabbio from Shamrock Home Loans. 2 yrs ago I contacted Savannah Fabbio to assist me in getting a loan to buy a house in FL. This was during the time when high restrictions, specially traveling restrictions, were put into place do to the pandemic. Even though I was purchasing a house in another state, during a highly stressful event worldwide, Savannah made the whole experience and transaction very pleasant and smooth. She made herself available to assist me with all my questions and concerns, at ALL TIMES!! She has a lot of knowledge in her field, very professional and has plenty of patience to explain thing over and over again, if you don’t fully understand all the "terms/numbers” in the documents you need to fill/sign for a home mortgage loan.

  I’ve had the most wonderful privilege to work with Savannah on two home purchases and there is no one I would rather work with.   I had a very hard time finding the right house , but once we found it Savannah made sure all of our paperwork was in order and lost no time getting the job done.
