  The folks at Service Loan are friendly and courteous. The lady that helped me, (Sarah) explained everything in detail with crystal clarity. She went over the terms of my contract and the due date of my payment, and how I could pay off my loan early if I choose. I would definitely recommend Service Loan to all my friends and family if they would ever need a personal loan. Awesome fast and friendly service.

  I love EVERYTHING about service loan especially the employees!!!! I’ve had a loan with them for quite sometime and have changed jobs in between. They were so understanding and helped me get my information changed over quickly. I’ve even gained a few friends there❤️ I wouldn’t get a loan anywhere else! Thanks a bunch for being there when I needed you most Service Loan😘 I love all of you..shout out to my beautiful gal Sarah😉 Love you girl!

  I've dealt with Service Loan for some years now and have never been disappointed with the customer service I've received. All of the employees are polite and don't hesitate to be of assistance when they can. Every time I come into the office I'm greeted with friendly faces and smiles. I would definitely recommend this finance company to anyone!

  I love working with Jennifer, I have now been using them for a few years as I work on rebuilding my credit. Jennifer and Sarah are always there, and always so understanding when life hits and you can’t make a payment. I give them all the stars.

  Never had a loan with theses people but due to someone having me as their prime reference they called me being very disrespectful and upset early in the morning. I know that I was used as a reference but I have nothing to due with the loan that was made nor should they say anything about the person's business t o me. But Dawn called me stating what they were going to do to this person which is a gains against thier privacy act. This will be taken further.

  Never had people treat me the way they do everyone there has been so nice and help me anyway they can Jennifer reminds me when I need to come in this is a great place to get loans

  Never had a problem with service loan... if you pay your payments on time then their wouldn't be a problem... always nice and know who I am when I walk in!!
