  Received a loan check in the mail, threw it away. Had a tire blow out that same day and decided I would call Service Loan to get another check to borrow a small amount. Apparently Tuesday is the only employee working because she didn't have time to work on my loan. On the second day after i have called their business i'm told since there was a bankruptcy 5 years ago my request is being looked at. So why did they send me a loan check in the mail if it wasn't approved was my question? Hopefully will have an answer shortly. So on the third day when I call again i'm told they have to wait for the manager and he won't return until next Monday. What kind of service is that? I hope they remove my name from their mailing list. Terrible customer service. I Will not be dealing with them. They need to get poor Tuesday some help, she was very stressed out.

  Very unprofessional when leaving voicemails as well as talking over the phone one on one. Very rude and condescending. I would not recommend due to the staffing
