This was also a tricky concurrent/simultaneous sale involving 3 properties including the one my clients were buying out of state.   This is my first review on Google, not usually my thing but THEY EARNED IT! Michaels whole team was extremely accessible throughout the 6 month process of building up my credit and searching for the perfect home. I don’t know how many customers he and his team service, but the attention I received felt like I was the only one. Stephanie was on the phone with me multiple times a week sometimes for 30+ minutes. The entire office jumped through hoops, thought creatively and did everything they could to get me the best rates and lowest payment. They coached me from a 608 to a 676 credit score in under 5 months. Every possible option was explored and every available resource was used to make this happen. Michael’s years of experience helped put together a strategy for my downpayment that leveraged all of my financial resources to get me the lowest interest rate and the most affordable monthly payment. Michael and Stephanie’s professional expertise will continue to pay off for me and my wealth year after year. I am so grateful to have been recommended to them. Fantastic experience!
