  Stuck in the Midwest and I needed a wire transfer. Agent said they only do wire transfers on special occasions, which this was. I verified all my information with them and they still wouldn't transfer my money for me. There are more problems I ran into with them but I'm not going to waste my time writing all of them out. Worst customer service!

  I was at this branch with my granddaughter a few months ago. It's a cute neighborhood bank, with great customer service. They even let me use the branch manager's office to change my granddaughter's diaper. Talk about going above and beyond customer service. Thank you!!

  Everyone there is very helpful. Especially Dawn and Sunshine are very kind. They surprised us with the kindness revolution team of employees and made us feel like family. We will be customers for life thanks to Dawn and her team.

  Laura helped me refinance my car and couldn't have been more helpful. I've never done this before but she explained everything very clearly and made the process easy. I'm so glad I chose desert schools!

  I have banked with Desert Schools (now Desert Financial) for almost 15 years. I love this bank, I love that there are no surprises, and the staff is always so courteous and kind (especially when I forget my ID... which is often!). I plan on banking with them for as long as they are around!

  I was out of town, Wisconsin to be exact and accidentally overdrew my account. I called customer service and found out they are affiliated with other banks also so I was able to make a deposit in another bank to balance my account. Very helpful!
