      VERY RUDE STAFF! this branch had long waiting times and they didn’t help us. We had a check from our daycare and they wouldn’t cash it and told us everywhere else will charge a fee. Didn’t give us a solution just told us to screw off. Tone was rude and condescending.

      I liked this place for this most part other than when it’s time to pay my loan it’s annoying and inconvenient for me. They used to charge me $5 to process a credit/debit card payment now they are charging $10 suddenly. It’s already pesky because I live in another state and now they want to charge $10.. that’s very unreasonable for their customers and they are a credit union they are supposed to be helping people not charging ridiculous fees and making it inconvenient when it comes to paying them!

      Very rude people work in this branch. If you can, I would suggest going to a different branch to do your business.

      I have been banking with these guys for over 30 years however the tellers are extremely rude. For that reason I am closing my account with them.
